  • Enjoy the best of Cape Cod from this beautifully renovated and thoughtfully appointed vacation home, ideally located less than 1.5 miles from the sands of Seagull Beach. With central air conditioning throughout and room for up to ten guests, this spacious retreat is perfect for families or groups looking to relax, recharge, and make lasting summer memories.

    The first floor offers a welcoming open layout designed for comfort and connection. You’ll find a fully equipped kitchen ready for home-cooked meals, a cozy living area with a 36” TV, and a formal dining room with seating for eight—ideal for family dinners or game nights. Also on the main level is a private primary suite featuring a king bed, its own 36” TV, and a beautifully updated ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

    Upstairs, three additional bedrooms provide plenty of sleeping space for guests of all ages. One bedroom offers a queen bed, another features a double bed, and the fourth bedroom is perfect for kids, with two sets of bunk beds accommodating four twin beds. A full bathroom with a tub/shower combination completes the second floor.

    Outside, enjoy classic Cape Cod living with a private yard, outdoor furniture, gas grill, and an outdoor shower—perfect after a beach day. Additional amenities include wireless internet, a washer and dryer, and a ping-pong table for friendly competition and fun-filled evenings. Beds were comfy and the kids loved the bunk room. We ate at Skallys down the road and they good food and great price on kids meals. If I had to say one bad thing it would be we would’ve loved an open outdoor shower but I suspect it was covered due to security cameras in the back and a clothesline would’ve been nice. Otherwise this home had everything we could ask for and we would definitely consider staying here again.

The property was at the end of the street, which provided a nice area for bike riding. We enjoyed the SeaGull Beach, which had a large parking lot and easy access from the house. I highly recommend both the property and the agency.

The only recommendation for this house would be for a better back yard to socialize in. (suggestion only)To the real estate company, a 9:30am checkout is too early. That is the only reason for my 4-star review for the property management company, other than that I would highly recommend this management company when renting. They are safe and reliable which is why I book through them. Thank you!

Although it was just me and my husband, our adult daughter joined us for a few days. The beds were very comfortable, and you can easily sleep 10 people. Also, great location!

We really appreciated the crayons, coloring books, chalk, shovels, pails, bubbles, etc that the owners had available. The house was extremely spacious and up to date. There were 7 of us in total and space was never an issue. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could possible need. We will definitely consider renting this property again if we vacation again next year!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was large, fairly well kept, and centrally located. Just a few items to note: dishwasher and toaster did not work well (very sharp piece broken off the bottom), dining room chairs are falling apart, dining room light flickers on and off. I put the washer through the cleaning cycle, but it still had a foul odor, the dryer does not dry well. There was fish in the oven and grill as well as a bag of potatoes in the island cupboard ( I tossed all). Fish was stored in the fridge leaving a VERY strong fish smell. The check-out policy asked that we sweep/vacuum, but the brooms were not in good working condition and the vacuum did not work.
