"Love the pools and how close it is to everything , it’s literally in the center of the cape so even a ride to Provincetown is only a little over a hour, the room was big with two bathrooms, air conditioning worked great nice little barbecue area with basketball court and playground and the front desk had no problem helping with anything we will continue to make this a every summer destination for years to come "

"beautiful grounds, music and delicious food. Many young families enjoying the double water park. Free outdoor pool way undersized and fenced in from rooms. Large grassy area with over sized hammocks , music, games was the place to be. Having Cape beaches so close is great. We will return. We loved Margheritavilles in Orlando and Hollywood Beach Fl which are bigger overall. "

"The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. We took advantage of the heated indoor pool during our stay which was also clean. We also love that it is such a short walk to Main Street. Will definitely be coming back before the summer ends! "
