- Security Deposit: A credit card is required upon arrival for a refundable security deposit of $50.
- All units are inspected by Engineering and Housekeeping after cleaning. Units are not available for occupancy until 4:00pm. Your unit may be subject to inspection at check-out, so please allow ample
time. Prior to departure, please strip linens from bed, remove trash and wash any dishes. You must return all key cards issued to you by the front desk before the check-out process may be finalized. Late
departures are subject to a partial or full-day charge.
- Minimum Stay Requirement: 2 nights (Longer stays may be required during holidays and peak season).
- Saturday change over. If your dates span thru a Saturday (ex: Friday to Sunday), you may be asked to move to an identical condo on Saturday. If you are required to switch units, you'll need to check out
at 10am and check into another (100% identical) 1BR apartment at 4pm.


We do not accept liability for any inconveniences beyond our control including but not limited to temporary defects or outage of utilities, closures of resort amenities, or limitation of any other service. We will not provide refunds, reimbursements, or compensation for inconvenience or interruption of utilities, resort amenities, or any other service.
