We requested late check out a day before, they told us to check back in next day. Had us call back 3 times checking back in the next day to ultimately be told they had let others check out late and we would have to pay 25 dollars for an extra hour. Why couldn't they have told us that the day before, if that was in fact the case. We also went down in person during breakfast to talk to front desk, waited a few minutes and no one ever came. We will not be going back."

"We found 3 bugs in our room- they weren’t bed bugs maybe some type of stink bug the very kind manager suggested. For the price we had to pay for grad weekend we shouldn’t have been forced to deal with dead bugs. The hotel is old, out dated and had a musty smell. The manager was so nice but that is about all I can say."
