Beautiful stay!

Beautiful, clean and perfect for a relaxing weekend. The beds are very comfortable which is always important to me and the location is perfect to get to and from grocery stores or just the highway into Clemson!

Relaxing Family Week

We came here for a relaxing week with all our kids and grandkids. It was so spacious and the perfect set-up for us. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there! The owner, Darol, is a super nice guy and was quick to respond to any questions or needs we had! Thanks for a memorable week!

Lovely Home

Beautiful home on the lake very clean. Darol was very responsive with any questions. Stayed there with family for my daughter’s graduation from Clemson just a 20 minute drive to campus. Would stay agin!

Wonderful house on the lake

This was the perfect house to stay for our long weekend. The location was a fairly short drive back into Clemson and such a lovely, relaxing place to stay. The listing was exactly as described and Darol was very helpful and attentive to our needs. Our multi generational family highly recommends this property and host.

Awesome house!

Great place!

Beautiful home and we enjoyed our stay. Did not get to take advantage of the lake, as it was too cold, but it is a great set up for summertime outdoor fun. Hope to visit again. Thanks.

Amazing Thanksgiving Getaway

My wife and I met up with our 3 adult children for a few days over the holiday. We only get together as a group a few times a year. This was an excellent choice for us to enjoy time together. Plenty of space and a well integrated kitchen, dining, and living area.

Perfect setting-Sister reunion

Beautiful property, Perfect setting. The home was immaculate. It was exactly what we needed for a sister's reunion. We are elderly and needed handicap accessible for a couple of the sisters. It was just what we needed to have a memorable time. The host, Darol was amazingly helpful and accommodating. I don't hesitate at all to recommend this rental.

Great week on Keowee!

Perfect location right on the lake with a large dock for our boat. Nice outdoor sitting area with comfy furniture. Grill worked well. Bedrooms are huge with really comfy beds and a lot of pillows to choose from. AC worked well throughout whole house. Large bathrooms with beautiful showers and good water pressure. Large roomy kitchen with an island to sit at plus a large kitchen table. Bluetooth speaker available for music. We will definitely be back!

Great stay

This is a great property. Huge bedrooms and bathrooms. Huge Kitchen. Gently sloped property from the house to the dock. Very nice cove for the kids to swim and kayak in. Kitchen/living area and one very large bedroom is on the lower floor then 2 very large bedrooms on the main/entrance floor. Spent a huge amount of time swimming off dock and kayaking. Rented a pontoon from High Falls Boat Rental. Also a great experience. Really like that the property is within 10 minutes of Seneca. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful house and host!

We decided to bring our family, including grandparents, to stay at this beautiful house on Lake Keowee. We spent one day on the Clemson University campus which was only about 20 minutes away. Darol was an excellent host and made sure my mom was well taken care of as she is in a wheel chair full time. This home allowed her to go up and down the stairs via a roll on lift and she was able to sit out on any porch she wanted to, which is unusual for most homes. We would like to go back in the summertime so that we can spend time out on the lake. She would be able to roll her wheelchair all the way down to the dock which is awesome. Roll in showers and accessible bathrooms make this house a dream for families like ours. We had plenty of room with our four children and hope to go back again soon. Highly recommend this home for it's spacious design, modern decor, great location and a wonderful host.

Relaxing in classy comforts.

What a gem! This is our opinion of the perfect lake house-not too big or gaudy, but with a luxury-home feel. Its location on the lake is ideal with a perfect amount of shade and minimal traffic to allow our young children to safely swim off the dock. There’s a great beach area for easy access for wading or just playing by the bank. The water was so clear and warm! The home is designed very accessibly, which aids to the additional comforts in the shower and lake access. My elderly mother came to visit us and was able to walk down to the lake with us due to the well-designed switchback path to the lake. The home is beautiful, comfortable and we, for the first time in a rental had everything we needed to prepare meals for our family. If there’s anything you can imagine for a perfect lake trip, this place had it all, including covered porch sitting under fans, multiple sitting areas, water toys with a place to dock our pontoon, comfortable beds, clean linens, complete kitchenware, board games and puzzles, kayaking, beach and swimming, and all the comforts of home with a cozy/luxurious feel. It felt like home, and one could tell the owner takes pride in it. We could go on and on about our new favorite spot on the lake, but what made it the best was the amazing host. He responded promptly and kindly with any needs or questions. Cannot recommend this place enough!

Absolutely Amazing!!! First class experience!

We had a glorious time at this amazing property. The location is excellent! Not too far from town and in a nice quiet cul-de-sac on the water. Great fishing! The water was crystal clear from the sandy beach. Sitting on the lovely dock in the Clemson orange adirondacks was such a pleasure with family, listening to the water lap on the dock. We had a great time kayaking from the house with the provided kayaks too. It's a nice quiet cove, just a few boats came by--one letting their son fishing from a different boat time for dinner & to come on home--and we kayaked out to the bridge which was quite a distance & had fun racing around some low water buoys and never felt we were in danger of being run over. There is a great firepit, actually so many outside places to relax from the dual chaise lounges off the master, to some rockers below & an outdoor sofa set. The inside is just as wonderful! Nice, clean decor that is still welcoming. Very comfortable beds & couch. The table large enough for a game or puzzle and family meals. The kitchen had all the things you needed and plenty of room for several cooks in the kitchen. The upstairs showers are walkin, handicapped accessible with luxurious overhead and body spray showerheads. Lots of closet room. This place was terrific and the owner was very good at letting us know about the home & the area. True Southern hospitality. My family has already asked me to book it again so we can do a longer family visit. Absolutely first class!
