"Large and spacious in a great locality. However, we found the stairs very steep, people who have mobility problems may not cope. Paying a premium nightly rate, in our opinion it was quite unreasonable to ask guests to water the plants & put the rubbish bins out into the street. A missing louvre in the ensuite meant we had to cover the gap with a bath towel to give us privacy from the lounge. No mention was made of this prior to arrival. Time of check in was a little confusing as we were informed...

"Ideally located on Penguin beachfront, the property was exceptionally well equipped and immaculately presented. Whilst only a short initial stay, it is suited also to long term self catering. I will return!"
