Overall it was okay.
£10 per night for parking is a bit unreasonable and the extra bed in the room was very uncomfortable. Bathroom wasn't the cleanest either.
Most of the staff were friendly enough although there was minimal interaction.
Decor was clean and fresh.

Ideal for pre-flight stay. All you could expect of this chain, although we found the communal and restaurant areas could have been warmer. Shuttle bus convenient but £4 per person each way.

Usual high Ibis high standards. Reasonable price too. Convenient location for Gatwick though hard to find without GPS.

It was dark when I arrived and left so not sure what the vicinity was like. The staff was extremely helpful and hospitable. The room was clean and bed comfortable. The room and hotel lobby were slightly worn but a very homely-like atmosphere. I was only there briefly overnight and it was perfect for my needs there
Conveniently located very close to Gatwick airport - avoid the hefty taxi or Uber fare and get the shuttle bus for £4! Staff pleasant and hotel offered what I needed.
This hotel is modern and clean if a little on the utilitarian side. The amenities are cheerful and the staff are efficient and courteous. It's proximity to Gatwick with a frequent airport shuttle make it very suitable for travellers.
The breakfast was poor, no warm food at 7 am yet, jus few slices of old ham with dubious color. The complementary shuttle service didn't respect t the hours of departing i waited over half hour over the scheduled deoarting when i decided to take a cab. Its ok but with the money you pay for the cab its better to stay at Hilton at the airport.
We only got 1 bath towel per person, no hand towels. the drain in the sink did not work, so we had to call for assistance. They came, but we ended up fixing it, although it still drained very slowly.
Room was great, beds and pillows were great. Bathroom was a tad tight but did the job. Parking at the hotel is affordable and was aecure
