One of a kind must see getaway. Berkshire Glamour meets Hollywood Rennaisance and Town & Country. This well-lit, newly renovated designer home was built for entertaining, family vacations, romantic getaway, and/or an outing with friends and musicians. This home was designed with every detail in mind for a comfortable and decadent getaway. Just minutes away (literally minutes) from Tanglewood, Kripalu, Downtown Lenox, Downtown Stockbridge, Norman Rockwell Museum, and many other local attractions. You can't beat the location since its central to all the local attractions.

The interior of this home was designed to please for every member in your family. On approx 2 acres of land with an open backyard and layout, the main floor has a beautiful living room with a Brooklyn fireplace, velvet couch and a 2 person rocking chair, a formal dining room, a beautiful (and magazine featured) kitchen, breakfast nook full of natural light and dining table, cozy and elegant family room, washer/dryer room, and a guest bathroom with a full shower included. Nearly every room has a chandelier that adds to the charm and elegance of this residence.

The 2nd floor, also hard wood floors, includes an art deco guest bathroom with shower and tub, two (2) beautiful guest bedroom with a queen bed, a bedroom with two (2) twin beds designed to be pushed together to make a queen (sheets, comforter, etc all packaged and included), a reading room with a sofa-bed, and an elegant master bedroom with a queen bed, and an enormous bathroom that will make you feel like you're in a spa with a massage tub and two shower-head standing shower. Because we were aiming for this feeling, there are no TVs in the bedrooms on the 2nd floor.

We promise that when you walk into our Berkshire home you'll be impressed with the size, the layout, the natural lighting, the decor, the comfort, and the vicinity to all local Berkshire attractions.

Also, linens, towels, spare toiletries, etc are available in the bathrooms. Wireless internet, satellite tv, netflix, and all utilities are included.

Another great month in the Berkshires

As with our previous several stays, we thoroughly enjoyed the comfort and location of the house. We had a great time and can’t wait to do it all over again next Summer.

Perfect for our group

The property was great for our group of 8. Slept everyone comfortably, with plenty of places to hangout and lounge all together. We had planned to cook in for a couple meals, so it was a hugely pleasant surprise to see that the kitchen was stocked with every cooking utensil, serving dish, and glassware that you could possibly need. We were maybe even more prepared than in my own kitchen at home. Also very well located. Had an excellent stay and would come back!

Best Family Vacation in Years

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property. The perfect location to go into town, beautiful home, clean, well-appointed. Kitchen was well stocked. Definitely will recommend to friends and family. We hope to be able to come back to the Berkshires and stay at this property again.

Property as described. Great location to towns. Larger interior space than anticipated. Great Kitchen for a group of 5 to cook, chat and enjoy! Overall a warm and spacious home for old college friends to reunite.

A perfect place to enjoy the Berkshires

Throughly enjoyed the beauty and warmth of the environment. Lots of spaces for us to hang out, cook, and play games. Best of all was the location!!! We were able to hike, kayak and swim at a local beach in addition to all of the cultural pleasures and delicious restaurants and shopping all within a 5 minute drive. It was amazing!

Perfect location…

My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this wonderful home…great communication by host, large fully equipped kitchen (we had everything we needed to cook several elaborate meals), comfortable living spaces with great flow and extremely clean. Location was so convenient to all areas in the Berkshire. We can’t wait to stay here again…and again…

Perfect Stay

This home is very beautiful and has everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The location was great!!! We were able to go to Lenox in minutes as well as Stockbridge. I recommend this property without any hesitation. You won’t be disappointed.

Beautiful, upscale home

Beautiful, well appointed home in a great location. This property was more like staying as a guest in someone’s home versus feeling like a rental/investment property. Expansive backyard, plenty of parking. Huge kitchen and dining areas. Lots of little sitting areas to gather or sit alone in a restful setting. The host was very responsive to our messages as needed.

Best of the Berkshires

Perfect for a relaxing long weekend with family yet within easy driving distance of Metro Boston. Beautiful, sparkling clean, spacious and very quiet home with sunlight throughout the house. Easy flow between the kitchen, dining room and family room made meals - preparation and dining – a wonderful time to connect. Location was ideal for driving to sights in Stockbridge as well as Williamstown. Our host (Sol) was professional and quick to respond to questions. Her detailed Welcome Letter was appreciated - outlined everything from the check-in process to instructions for electronics to restaurant recommendations.

You do not want to miss this one!

The property was everything it was advertised to be and more. The house was well stocked with plenty of towels and blankets and also little things that you are likely to forget on a trip. The Property Manager was very responsive leading up to our trip. The location is amazing. Do yourself a favor and plan to have breakfast at home each morning so you can enjoy the incredible amount of sunlight coming through the dining room windows. We really loved how there were little areas throughout the house that were perfect for curling up with a good book. Highly recommend this property!

Wonderful, comfortable, beautiful home

We stayed here over the Fourth of July week with our adult daughters and son-in-law and could not have been happier with this clean, comfortable & beautifully appointed home. From the location to the decor, everything was just perfect. The kitchen was amazing and well equipped to prepare and serve elaborate family meals, which we did most nights. There were so many beautiful spaces to sit and relax, from the screened-in front porch with a swing to the peaceful, green lawn out back and all the comfy spaces inside too. The house is centrally located, just 5 minutes to Tanglewood, Stockbridge Bowl for kayaking, downtown Lenox and hiking trails. This was a truly wonderful experience that we hope to repeat again next year.

Great location, great space, well equipped!

The property was as neat, clean, and as nice as in the photos. Kitchen was well appointed and there were plenty of towels in the bathrooms. The house location was great for quick drives local attractions and restaurants in Great Barrington, Stockbridge, and Lennox. We saw two excellent concerts. One at Tanglewood and one at Shakespeare & Co. We also toured The Mount and Norman Rockwell museum which were very interesting. Lots of great trail hikes nearby. We also enjoyed biking, played tennis on the Stockbridge park tennis courts, ran, and went to the Stockbridge Bowl beach. Great natural beauty in the area, good restaurants, and plenty to do. It was wonderful to have this beautiful house as our home base while we were there.

Berkshire Glamour - Family/Friends weekend getaway

Sol's place is perfect for a family and friends getaway (8 adults and a 5 month old) - the floor plan is open - there is natural sunlight throughout the entire house and the design of the home is beautiful. The TV/Family room has plenty of space and seating for up to 10 people. The kitchen has everything you need to stay in and cook meals and has seating at the table for 10 plus an island that can accommodate 2 more. The kitchen, bathroom, and bedrooms were all fully stocked with essentials. The house was extremely clean and comfortable, clearly designed thoughtfully to accommodate guests. The host is nice and very professional, and easy to reach out to if needed and responds right away. I would highly recommend staying here if you plan on visiting the Berkshires.

Berkshires Country Serenity and Comfort

My sisters and I haven't been to New England since our mother passed almost 10 years ago. We chose this beautiful and exceedingly comfortable home in Stockbridge, MA as our base of operations to drive into VT and NY States to see fall foliage together. The home was spotless. The instructions were specific and very complete, and we felt very much at home there. In fact, we chose to eat our breakfasts in the house and return there to cook meals together each night. The bedrooms and baths were very well appointed and beautiful and the family/tv room was so cozy we spent hours there each evening watching tv and talking. We are very grateful to Sol & Alexandra for allowing us to enjoy their beautiful Berkshires home.

Girls weekend

This house is wonderful. So CLEAN and comfy. Spacious but cozy. Tons of nice towels and linens. Kitchen was great. Everything you could think of/need if you wanted to cook. Bathrooms were very nice( good showers). The owners and property manager were very kind and helpful when we needed help with the tv and security system😆Our only complaint was the weather. We didn’t really get to enjoy the back deck or screened in front porch as we would have liked. Will definitely be a great place when the foliage changes. Close to a nice lake and hiking trails. Enjoyed Stockbridge and Lenox Apple Squeeze even though it was rainy. Had a good meal at Amici.

Perfect location at a quiet country home!

We enjoyed our weekend girls getaway! The location couldn’t be beat as it was about an 8-10 min drive to access all neighboring towns. Check in process was easy. Sol was great with communicating! Things to note for your stay: There is a strict no shoes inside policy so don’t forget your slippers. The house was very clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen has every amenity you could need. The ice maker is slow so bring a bag or two with you if you like drinks in the evening if you’re a group. The house is very spacious though 2 of the bedrooms upstairs are somewhat small. Two friends shared the twin room and found the beds uncomfortable with squeaky springs and felt they were due to be replaced. The middle bedroom mattress was reported to be lumpy. The master bed was very comfortable and spacious and our friend in the bedroom on the end reported her room and mattress were fine. We all found the sheets and all linens to be exceptionally soft. The master shower was spacious though did not have the best water pressure. If you’re staying with tall friends- they may need to shower in the downstairs bath as the art deco guest bath upstairs has a slanted ceiling. Some of our friends chose to shower downstairs. Sound system is Sonos. Outdoors needs a repaint on the deck railings and such or perhaps a trex update. Great backyard. We saw a fox twice and a rabbit. All in all very happy with our choice!

Great house and location
