"We had an unforgettable time at this house in Peru. We had 4 families and there was so much room. We ranged from 8-55 and we were all happy with the accommodations and amenities. The gym and sauna was amazing along with the basement filled with a pool table and air hockey. The adults enjoyed sitting in the hot tub while it snowed outside. Everything was very clean and the kitchen had everything you needed. The beds and pillows were very comfy and we all felt right at home. Communication with the owner and caretaker was super easy and they got back to us within moments. I highly recommend this house for anyone looking to ski Okemo, Bromley, Stratton, or Magic. We cant wait to go back and see it in the summer time. "

"Our host , Pat, was very responsive and checked in on us via text which was really appreciated. My adult children and niece and nephew enjoyed the hot tub and sauna. The guys even did a little ice fishing and caught one trout and a few perch. We would stay here again! "

"Photos of the property are slightly misleading when it comes to seclusion, but if you go into it knowing that, it is everything you wanted and more! Other reviews have stated this as well so we had an idea when we got there. Beautiful property with a pond right out your back porch. So cozy and comfortable. Inside is just as it looks in the photos. Perfectly heated and ready to go hot tub for those cold nights! Cute walking bridge to the property over a little stream and winding staircase to get into the treehouse so fun, but could be difficult for someone with mobility issues. 2 heat sources, including a heat blown fireplace that will keep you as warm as can be with great ambiance! The host was attentive and helpful. Had a VERY small issue in figuring out how to work the fireplace and TV (no fault of the host) but he immediately rectified our incompetence and made sure we had everything we needed. Overall, a wonderful, cozy place to stay by yourself or with a significant other! Very cute town near ski resort, just be aware that not everything is open on certain days. It’s not far from Manchester which a little bit bigger of a town with more food choices and Orvis! We would definitely go back!! "

"Very clean accommodations and a very kind and friendly host in Lisa. Nice breakfasts prepared by Lisa in a cozy dining and living room area. We really appreciated the hot tub at the end of a day after a long hike. Great location on the ski hill. The beds themselves need to be updated as they are saggy in the middle and rather uncomfortable. "

"So lovely! Tucked into the beautiful green nature of Vermont. Off the beaten path but not far from shops, etc. House smelled a little funky when we arrived but property manager called me and later dropped off some supplies to help. Super responsive, very nice. And waking up seeing nothing but trees? That is bliss. Very quiet and peaceful. Would definitely stay here again. Oh and I always like to know this prior to arrival - yes there is a coffee pot.
