"We chose to stay here on a whim as we wanted some time in the mountains. The house is old but charming and is right on the river. Our stay was during the winter and in many ways it felt like the house was outfitted more for summer stays (very light bed linens), but the host was responsive in helping to ensure we were comfortable. The town of West Point is unfortunately a somewhat sad place relative to other towns in the region like Murphys, but it provided easy access to nature."

"Out of all of the vacation rentals I’ve stayed at, this one might have been my favorite. First, the house is beautiful, and unbelievably well thought out. The attention to detail was incredible, and some small things such as everything in the kitchen being labeled made it super easy to feel right at home. Additionally, the outside space was incredible. loved exploring the full 5 acres! Overall, absolutely loved my stay and would return in a heartbeat!"
