     5 Star Villa Holidays is proud to present West Palm Beach Villa 1845.

     Built in 1936, this historically landmarked home sits quietly in one of the most charming sections of the Grandview Heights Historic District. The beautiful West Palm Beach Villa 1845 has been recently restored, updated and luxuriously appointed.

     West Palm Beach Villa 1845 sleeps up to 7 guests. The property features 3 bedrooms and 3 ensuite bathrooms, with a large family room, living room, dining room, den/office, a deluxe kitchen, a charming outside dining terrace, pool deck, lounge chairs and a heated private pool. Pool heat is optional. 

     The king bedded master suite with its own full bathroom features lovely french doors opening towards the pool. The house also features a separate laundry room (accessible with a covered awning). This house is pet friendly, but there are weight and breed restrictions. All pets are on request.

     Please note that parties, receptions or events with visitors not residing in this vacation rental are not allowed. Non-compliance with this policy could result in the immediate eviction from the property with no refund. Please contact 5 Star Villa Holidays for more details. 

     5 Star Villa Holidays does not rent to anyone under the age of 21. The person reserving this house and signing the registration MUST occupy the premises for the entire length of stay. Non-compliance with this policy could result in the immediate eviction from the property with no refund.
