Welcome to Casa España, step in and immediately feel embraced by its warm and inviting ambiance. LIVING AREA ▶ Sonos Bluetooth sound system. ▶ Books and Reading material. ▶ 65" HDTV with Amazon Prime Video, Fire TV, Hulu, and Netflix.
KITCHEN ▶ Dining table with 10 seats. ▶ Fully equipped kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances and features. Coffee machine, tea kettle, toaster, blender, cookware, glassware, dishwasher, refrigerator with filtered water dispenser, freezer, and microwave, wine glasses, oven, gas stove, blender, barbecue utensils, baking sheet, coffee.
BEDROOMS (3) ▶ Casa Espana sleeps 6 guests in cozy beds. ▶ The 2, large bedrooms have Smart TV's. ▶ The 2 single bedrooms have no TVs. ▶ Pac and Play available.
BATHROOMS: (2) ▶ Bathtub ▶ Bathrooms are provided with a starter set of toiletries and Ginger Lily. Farms (Vegan) soap. shampoo and conditioner, and plush towels. A hairdryer is also available.
INTERNET: ▶ Highspeed and wireless throughout. Set up with remote working in mind.
GUEST ACCESS: ▶The property is fully fenced for your safety and privacy. ▶The personalized self-check-in instructions will be sent at 6 am on the day of your arrival.
CLEANING: ▶ Our professional cleaners make sure that all of our properties are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized up to CDC guidelines and are inspected prior to each stay to ensure safety. ▶ Starter Dishwasher pods are provided. ▶ Washer and dryer with a starter set of laundry pods provided.
LOGISTICS ▶ Check-in: 4:00 PM ▶ Check-out: 11:00 AM
▶ NOTE: The trash bins are located in the back right corner of the property behind the Guest Home. Trash pickup passes strictly through the back alleyway that runs behind the property. Recycling passes strictly in front of the property, and recycling bins need to be taken up front.
PARTIES & EVENTS ▶ Parties are not permitted UNLESS by prior request AND approval.
PARKING ▶ Please prioritize parking on the driveway as the driveway is reserved for you, our Main Home guests and free curbside parking in front of the home will be used by our Guest Home guests.
PETS ▶ Pets are allowed upon request, please note, there is a $75- $200 pet sanitation fee per pet for the duration of your stay. Note that the rate is subject to change, and is based on the number of pets and length of stay.
CAMERAS ▶ CAMERAS: We do have external surveillance & noise level monitors at the property for everyone's safety.
PERSONAL BELONGINGS ▶ Goodwick Hosting will not be responsible for any package delivery or personal belongings left at the property after checkout.

The property does feature a detached guest home found at the end of the property. Each home has been provided its own separate entrance, patio/grill area, amenities, and visual separation, for your privacy.
There are security cameras located around the outside of the home. The Ring Doorbell does have an active camera for the safety and protection of the home and our guests.
HOUSE RULES: PLEASE READ!!!
Please confirm the House Rules have been reviewed WITHIN 48 HOURS OF YOUR BOOKING. This is to ensure that if there is any reason the House Rules cannot be followed, you, our guest, will have the option of canceling the booking penalty free as we have a Firm Cancellation policy. Thank you in advance and truly appreciate your cooperation!
1) Infants/children are welcome however, being child friendly does not mean the area is Child-proof. It is the responsibility of the guardian/parent to monitor their children's actions at all times. We are not responsible for any injuries that take place on the property.
2) You agree to know and agree to the following fees:
A) Late checkout: Any late checkout without prior request AND approval, WILL result in a $50 fee starting, and an additional $50 for every half hour after.
B) Smoking is strictly prohibited. If caught smoking in the home, a fee of $50 will be charged for each day of the violation.
C) Pet Fee: for each stay by prior request AND approval. 1-3 Days Charge $75, per pet
4-7 Days Charge $125, per pet
8-14 Days Charge $175, per pet
15-28 Days Charge $200, per pet
More than 28 Days * 28+ Days Charge $300
D) Parties are not permitted UNLESS by prior request AND approval.
3) If guests are found to have a party/gathering/event without the host's permission, guests will be responsible for an extra 50$ charge per additional person on the premises over the maximum sleeping occupancy limit.
4) We do have external surveillance & noise monitors at the home for everyone's safety.
5) You ensure you have a crime-free record and won't carry any weapons on the property.
6) If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged.
7) A violation of the house rules can lead to the immediate removal of all guests without a refund.
8) You agree to be booked in goodwill and you will not attempt to damage the property because you are dissatisfied with a ruling or the host in the event that a violation of the host's rules occurs.
9) If any non-following of the house rules leads to having to discount or refund the next guest you are responsible to cover the resulting costs
10) PARKING: Please prioritize parking on the driveway as the driveway is reserved for you, our Main Home guests, and free curbside parking in front of the home will be used by our Guest Home guests.
11) Please acknowledge that occasionally, we may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks left behind by previous guests if they are left unopened/unused. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. However, ultimately, it is up to the guest's discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables.
12) Bicycles: we do not hold any responsibility for their use. Guests use them at their own risk.
13) Please keep the home tidy and respectful. Such as leaving shoes at the entrance, washing dishes, and keeping the noise down past the quiet hours of 10:00 PM. Thank you!

The house was very charming and extremely clean! Loved the kitchen and its open concept. A perfect location for us as we were visiting our son who goes to college in the area. Sebastian, the host was amazing. He responded quickly and answer all my questions. I would definitely stay again!

Everything was perfect from start to finish. Sebastian is a wonderful host, available for whatever needs you would have. We didn’t need anything. The house is well equipped, beautiful, comfortable and very clean. We will have to make at least 1 more trip to Palm Beach and hope the property will be available then.

My daughter, husband and 2 young children stayed in the house for 10 nights and were very happy with the accommodations. It is in a great location. They felt very safe and had plenty of room for all their activities. The open concept made it easy to keep an eye on all that was going on.

Sebastien hosted my family and I (3 adults, 2 kids) over spring break, and was very accommodating and responsive. We were very impressed with the house - it was very clean and well appointed. I think the home has won some design award, and it certainly showed. The home was in a great location for us, as we were visiting family in Jupiter, but also wanted to explore West Palm Beach and restaurants/shopping around Worth ave. The neighborhood is a historic district, and at first glance may appear a little rough around the edges, but overall very charming. Sebastien provided a pack-and-play for on of our kids, and the rest of the check-in/check-out process was very easy and straightforward. To note, check-in was at 4pm, so if you need to check-in earlier, make advance preparations! Overall, the experience was great, and we would highly recommend this house/host, and would likely stay there again in the future!
