Luxurious Brand-New 2 Bedroom

Summary:
This chic 2 BD / 2 BA apartment offers king and queen bed suites, a wrap around balcony, complimentary parking, a washer/dryer, fitness center, and more. Inside you'll find a workstation, record player, board games, portable BT speakers, and beach gear. Centrally located, this unit is a short walk to trendy Grandview Public Market and just a short drive to the vibrant downtown West Palm Beach, upscale Palm Beach, airport, and incredible beaches.

Other Things to Note:
A noise sensor is installed in the unit. Our insurance policy requires that guests sign a rental agreement prior to check in. We will send the rental agreement to you through the app as soon as you book with us. It covers the terms of the accommodation as well as agreement and release of claims for use of devices such as hot tubs, bikes, surfboards, boogie boards, standup paddle boards, fire pits, and/or BBQs, if applicable. The sliding glass doors do not lock by design.

*Late check-out requests must be submitted and approved at least 24 hours prior to checkout date and time.
*To ensure that our cleaners start on time, unauthorized late check-outs may incur a $250 fee, as our cleaners charge us for delays.

This was our second time staying this condo! Everything is perfect! Has everything you will need, even travel sized toothpaste and mouth wash! Very nicely decorated and great location!

Great spot that is an easy Uber away from Downtown

Place was spacious with some very nice touches in terms of personal amenities (umbrellas, steamers, beach cart, beach chairs, towels, etc.) Walking distance to a a brewery, distillery and food hall. We would happily stay again.

Great apartment close to downtown

The apartment is adorable! We really enjoyed the decor and how clean the unit was. It was a good location, very close to downtown near the revitalized industrial area by the Kravitz. A very hip place and we’ll likely book again. Thanks to Hunter and Kat!

The place was in a great location. Easy to get everywhere. Parking at the property was easy. The host was super responsive and provide all details needed for the stay. It really couldn’t have been easier. The condo had everything and if you forgot anything like toothpaste/ dental floss and even hair ties the condo had them for you!! I will be back for sure!!

From the minute I walked in I was pleasantly surprised how great decor , furnishings and clean the place was it definitely exceeded my expectations and the attention to the details was amazing from the phone chargers everywhere to the bathroom amenities to the free Netflix and nice tv’s and new appliances and great coffee included I will definitely stay there again on my next trip I loved the place convenience to everything too

Most well appointed rental I’ve ever stayed in

The condo interior is completely new, contemporary, beautifully decorated and most importantly has everything you really want when you’re traveling and land at your rental - comfortable beds, great showers, nice coffee maker, bathroom amenities every woman (or man) truly needs, details in the closets like a steamer, clean iron and clothes hamper. These owners just get it and have eliminated every annoying thing about vacation rentals - it’s spotless, well-appointed, tasteful and they don’t require you to check out at dawn or ask you to wash the bed linens and towels before you go. They’re also great communicators - I look forward to staying again when I’m in West Palm. We really appreciated such great attention details - well done!

2 Days in Spring Training

The condoe was very close to the airport and has good access to all highways leading to town. Drive to the coast takes about 10 to 15 minutes. The condoe was clean and well appointed with supplies...coffee, toothpaste, soap, shampoo etc... The neighborhood leaves a little to be desired, but its not unsafe...just not an area with much close by in the way of restaurants, shopping, etc. No complaints from us...just would have preferred a more touristy type environment. Definitely would recommend though if needing to be nearer to the airport as our stay was very pleasant.

Beautifully furnished apartment with everything you need for your stay. Super nice and thoughtful host and a great price. Location is sketchy but close driving distance to everything. Not a place that you walk out on your feet. Upstairs apartment tenants play ball non-stop until 10 pm. Ceilings are high but it still feels like a below a basketball court.
