Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the main home, private yard, outdoor lounge, and driveway parking. The guest house in the rear is separate and may be available upon request. Secure self check-in details are provided the morning of arrival.

Three serene bedrooms are designed with rest in mind. Five total beds ensure everyone sleeps well, topped with premium linens and backed by ample storage. Two full bathrooms are appointed like a spa retreat — stocked with plush towels, hairdryers, and quality bath amenities including shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Whether you're traveling with kids or a full adult group, the layout and comfort level scale beautifully.

KITCHEN & DINING

The fully equipped chef's kitchen features stainless steel appliances, complete cookware and glassware sets, and small appliances including a coffee maker, blender, toaster, and kettle. Whether you're cooking a full meal or prepping morning coffee, everything you need is right there. A spacious dining table comfortably seats 6–8, perfect for family dinners, group breakfasts, or spreading out takeout from local favorites. An air fryer is included for quick, easy meals. A high chair is available upon request if you're traveling with little ones.

Casa Poinsettia is a nonsmoking, pet-free property (minimum age 21 to book). A detached guest house on the rear of the property may be available to book separately — ask us if you'd like to know more. Parties and events require prior approval. External security cameras monitor outdoor areas for your safety and ours. Noise monitors ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.

Lost & Found Policy:
Please double-check the property before checkout to ensure you have all of your belongings. While we are not responsible for items left behind, we will do our best to assist with locating and returning found items when possible.
Guests are responsible for arranging and covering all shipping or pickup costs. Priority assistance is given to essential items such as passports, IDs, wallets, keys, medications, phones, laptops, and other valuable electronics.
Found items may be held for up to 14 days, subject to storage availability. Unclaimed items may be donated or discarded after this period. Please note that we cannot guarantee the recovery or return of lost items.

Outdoor security camera(s) are present on the property. The cameras are not actively monitored on a daily basis, but footage may be reviewed when necessary for safety, security, incident investigation, or house-rule enforcement.
