Fun and colorful 2 bed/ 2 bath gem. Located in one of the best neighborhoods in West Palm Beach. You will love this historic Spanish home in the heart of West Palm Beach. The colors are fun and vibrant, the backyard is a true tropical oasis with loads of outdoor seating and areas to relax and enjoy by the glistening pool and hot tub.

LIVING ROOM & ENTRANCE

The living room is bright with personality and elegant flair. This thoughtfully designed space has rich wooden flooring, colorful Palm Beach - style furniture and décor. Gold mirrors reflect the beautiful paintings and warm and inviting space. The original stone fireplace is decorated with oriental pieces from Thailand, China and Bali. There are loads of books to enjoy and elegant seating for your group.

THE OFFICE

Just off the main living room is the office area. There is a bright purple l-shaped sofa, smart TV and an adjustable height work desk with views of the backyard.

KITCHEN

The kitchen has everything you need to feed your hungry crew. Pots, pans, utensils, bowls and platters, a toaster, stainless steel fridge and freezer and electric stainless steel stove and gas- range oven. There is a Keurig coffee maker and we provide the coffee, tea, sugar and creamers. There is a dinner service for 6 guests for indoors and outdoors.

DINING AREA

Just off the kitchen is a small kitchenette table and chairs for two. There is plenty of dining options outdoors. A dining table set is coming soon.

LIVING ROOM (2)

With entrance from the kitchen and the main living room is this beautifully decorated smaller living room area with a smart tv, wonderful views of the pool deck and brightly colored orange artwork and furnishings.

UPSTAIRS

THE BEDROOMS

Bedroom 1: The master bedroom has a comfortable queen bed and en suite luxury bathroom. The room is surrounded by a vibrant green and splashes of pinks. There are two uniquely upholstered arm chairs and closet space. The room has a modern ceiling fan, reading lamps attached to the headboard and a smart app tv.

Bedroom 2: This gorgeous queen bedroom has hues of soft blues, yellows and oranges. Plenty of books to read and views of the lovely backyard from the windows.

THE BATHROOMS (UPSTAIRS)

Bathroom 1: This luxury master en suite bathroom has a large jacuzzi bath tub and step in shower. The walls are lined with magazines and there is a double vanity with a huge mirror.

Bathroom 2: The 2nd bathroom is located between the two bedrooms. This bathroom has a combination tub and shower, beautiful linen lined curtains and single vanity.

THE OUTDOOR OASIS

This space is memorable and special. There is a sparkling blue pool which may be heated by request (and fee) and a hot tub attached surrounded by lush tropical plants. There are loungers around the pool and additional seating along the pool deck. A small bistro table for two sits alongside the pool under an umbrella. The outdoor area is impressive with two dining sets, a gas-powered bbq grill and a charcoal weber grill. There is a lovely seating area with white furniture decorated with tropical blue, greens and pink cushions under a shaded sail cloth. The back courtyard is lined with beautiful landscaping and palms.
**NOTE: Pool and spa can not be heated separately. You may choose to either have the spa heated fully to 98+ degrees, or the pool along with the spa together heated to around 87 degrees**

PARKING:

There is parking for two cars in the front driveway and some street parking.

LAUNDRY AREA & SUPPLIES

There is a stacked washer and dryer in the small sun room straight ahead of the kitchen with outdoor access. We provide all the soaps and detergents you need. We also provide a cleaning products, paper towels, toilet paper, basic soaps, shampoo, and conditioners for the whole house.

We do invite one small and one larger pet with a pet fee per pet and prior consent.

THINGS TO NOTE:

Self-check in is between 4pm - 10pm ONLY. Check in details are provide up to 24 hours prior to check in.

Must be 25 y/o or older to book.

UPON BOOKING, WE REQUIRE A PHOTOCOPY OF THE LEAD GUESTS DRIVERS LICENSE WHICH MATCHES THE CREDIT CARD USED TO BOOK.

ABSOLUTELY NO NOISE AFTER 10PM OUTSIDE, WE DO NOT ALLOW PARTIES OR GATHERINGS OF ANY KIND AT THE HOUSE, AND QUIET HOURS START AT 9PM.

NO EVENTS: This includes any bachelor, bachelorette, birthday, holiday, engagement parties, or any work meetings.

NO SMOKING in the house. If smoking outside, please pick up all cigarette buds and dispose of in the outside bins.

CHILD PROOFING:
We do not have a pool fence, there is no alarm on the doors and there have been no other child-proof provisions made at the home. Please watch small children and infants and please no running throughout the house and watch small children at the top of the stairs. Thank you!
