Nice place, decent area.

Went down for 3 days with a couple friends, everything was smooth, owners where very responsive and let us check in a couple hrs early because we arrived early to best traffic on the way down. Would definitely stay again.

I enjoyed my stay at Ligia’s property. The location was great, near 95 and restaurants were local. The house was spotless and there were plenty of linens provided. I would stay here again. Thank you!

House is located in a great area. Home owner is very responsive to messages. Only downside was the hot water in the shower needed to be ran for 10-15 min before it would get hot.

Very nice place with two bedrooms and full kitchen. Laundry room on-site made it nice. Location was perfect. Tons of restaurants, airport, and 10 minutes from the beach. The host was extremely friendly and helpful with my questions. Dead end street made it very quiet. Highly recommended.

Host addressed any concerns quickly and met us when we arrived. Very pleasant. Felt safe to walk in the neighborhood daily. Bed was comfortable. House was clean. Had a separate place to park our vehicle. Kitchen could have used a few more utensils/cookware. Living room furniture may need some updates, wasn’t very comfortable.

Ligia, provides a lovely home convenient to the convention center. I was able to walk to the store as well as the bay with ease and felt safe. She was extremely helpful and flexible with our travel needs.
