**Living Room:**

Primary Suite:
The primary bedroom indulges in luxury with its sumptuous King bed adorned with playful side lamps, custom California Closets, and automatic remote-controlled blackout blinds, offering both convenience and elegance. With direct access to the pool deck and an en-suite luxury bathroom, this bedroom offers both comfort and sophistication.

2nd Bedroom:
The 2nd bedroom showcases two twin XL beds accented with tropical rattan headboards, complemented by rattan nesting end tables and vibrant palm leaf throw pillows. Custom-built California Closets and electric remote-controlled blinds enhance both functionality and style. A lively orange armchair nestled in the corner adds a pop of color to the room.

3rd Bedroom:
In the 3rd bedroom, a full-size bed invites with picturesque views of the pool. Like the 2nd bedroom, it features electric remote-controlled blinds and custom California Closets. This space is ideal for students or professionals seeking a serene environment for remote work, complete with a personal rattan desk and chair.

**The Bathrooms:**
The primary bedroom boasts its own ensuite bathroom, while the second bathroom is shared between bedrooms 2 and 3. Both bathrooms have been recently renovated, exuding a charming coastal seaside ambiance. In the primary bathroom, indulge in luxury with a step-in shower, while the newly renovated second bathroom features a combination bath/shower, catering to your every need.

**The Kitchen:**

A baby-proof pool gate is available upon request with at least 24 hours' notice. Beach chairs, towels, and an umbrella are provided for your short 8-minute drive to Palm Beach Municipal Beach.

ABSOLUTELY NO NOISE AFTER 10PM OUTSIDE, WE DO NOT ALLOW PARTIES OR GATHERINGS OF ANY KIND AT THE HOUSE, AND QUIET HOURS START AT 9PM.

No events includes any bachelor, bachelorette, or engagement parties, or any work meetings.

Please remove your shoes when inside the house.
