the elevator was a little sketchy and there was a random small access door to piping from our bathroom and there was no hair conditioner and the shower curtain kept blowing into my legs.

Absolutely loved our stay at this New York hotel! The location was perfect—just steps away from amazing dining spots, Times Square, and all other attractions. The hotel itself was spotless and beautifully maintained. We especially loved the overall mood and atmosphere—it had a stylish, welcoming vibe that made the experience even more special.
