However, the advertised onsite gym is actually located in another building next door and requires an additional fee, which was not mentioned at the time of booking or during check-in. I specifically asked about the onsite gym again at check-in and was not informed of any surcharge. "

"This was an ideal place to stay for a next day flight from Christchurch. The staff were very helpful and efficient with quick shuttle transfer to the terminal. Little touches like a baggage weighing station were also helpful. "

"Nice hotel with friendly staff, comfortable beds, right across street from terminal with views of planes but excellent soundproofing/quiet, only 5 minute walk to Antarctic center, a Woolworth and off airport restaurants, hotel restaurant and bar on top floor has very good food, excellent views of runways and sunsets, robot cats help deliver food. Would highly recommend, especially if have early flight."

"After 4 weeks in a motorhome Quest on Kilmore was perfect! A nice kitchen area to store our leftover food, comfortable living area, and bedroom and in-suite washer and dryer! Close to everything! "
