Grand Villa with Private Pool

Grand Villa is one of 3 independent villas with private entrances and private swimming pools. It accommodates up to 5 guests .
The plot that the villas are situated is slightly sloppy, has south orientation and view to the Messenian Bay. It is situated on 100 m. latitude and has a straight distance of 600 meters from the sea. Agios Nikolaos is a picturesque little fishermen’s village 3klm far from the touristic village Stoupa and 45klm away from Kalamata (south-east).

The villa is105 sq.m. has 2 roomy master-bedrooms, kitchen and living room with dinner. There is a private swimming pool (7,00m x3,00m) and garden.
One bedroom has a double bed and armchair. The second has two single beds. Both bedrooms have big closets, drawers and desks with chair.

The mattresses are very comfortable and the linen of high quality.
The kitchen is fully equipped. There is fridge with freezer and washing machine. There is a variety of cooking equipment, kettle, toaster and filter coffee machine.
The living room and the kitchen are one open space.
The living room has a sofa and armchair with main and side tables. There is a fireplace for the winter months and TV.
On the outdoors there is a large table with comfortable chairs and sunbeds by the pool. The pool is private and pool towels are provided. There is garden with mediterranean plants on the surroundings and parking space.
On your arrival there will be a welcome basket awaiting with wine and local delicacies!

If your stay is 7 days and more linen are being changed in the middle of the stay (3rd day).
