"We came in with our kids and grand kids and we enjoyed the villa immensely. The view from the villa is breath taking. We enjoyed the well maintained and quite large pool and the short drives to the nearby beaches. The kitchen is very well equipped for home cooking, which we did twice, and the taverns in the near village are excellent. All and all it was a memorable family gathering. "Villa is in a lovely location above Stoupa. It is a 10 minute walk down to Central stupa with its restaurants and bars, but you hear nothing in Villa The pool is lovely with a shallow area and a deeper section 1.6m. It was really good for family messing about. The bedrooms have air-conditioning, which works well and the upstairs balcony is lovely, very cool in the mornings. The internal decoration is lovely, classy with lots of interesting books to browse through. The outside area was also excellent. "

"This was our second stay at this wonderful property, and it was just as delightful as the first. The property truly feels like a home away from home. We were greeted with a lovely welcome basket, which set a warm and inviting tone for our stay. The house itself is impeccably clean, well-maintained, and exceptionally comfortable. The pool provided the perfect respite from the heat, offering a refreshing escape on hot days. This time, we took the opportunity to explore even more of the area. We revisited a boat trip and made several visits to Kardimim, where evening meals by the harbor were simply spectacular. Our adventures also took us as far as the ancient town of Messini and on an intriguing trip to the caves. One of our favourite moments was stargazing from the pool and watching the sunsets from the balcony—both experiences that added a touch of magic to our stay. A truly special place - defiantly hoping to return for a third visit. "

"Villa was perfect for our 16 nights stay ( 3 adults). The location is amazing. Calm and peaceful with views down the hillside to the sea and to the villages below. Totally private. Pool was maintained to a high standard and is bigger than the marketing photos present. Excellent outside furniture. Well equipped kitchen. Sound air conditioning (we had 38 degrees +) throughout our stay but had decent sleep at night. Beds, house keeping, washing machine, dishwasher, showers all good. No BBQ but a decent oven in the kitchen. The area is quiet but really interesting to explore, be it coastal or mountains. Spoilt for choice of places to eat away from the tourist area of Stoupa. One point to note is that there are several steps down from the parking area and a few more steps to one of the terraces. This would only be a concern for someone with a disability or walking aid. To top off the complete perfection of this venue was Maria, our host. She was so kind, informative and attentive. Her communication was prompt. Thank you so very much Maria. A pleasure to meet you."

"The only reason this isn’t a 5 is because finding the property was not simple. The satnav takes you to the location but actually to the lane just behind the property. Some directions from the turn off would help so here goes… when you see a little church overlooking a bay on your right look for the sign saying Polish’s estate, just passed Mani by Bike, and make a left, follow the road uphill until you see a sign for villa Emma on the right take this road then next left up to the end."
