"The stairs up to our room seemed like they could use a little reinforcing/updating. However, the stairway was well lighted and easily navigable. We did find a previously opened bottle of water in our refrigerator, likely from a prior guest. The room was clean and comfortable, but could use additional electrical outlets near the bed for CPAP users."

"This house was so beautiful inside and out. The owners stayed in contact and made sure we had everything we needed. The kids loved all the wildlife and the outside cats. We will definitely be contacting them again for our next visit"

"My family and I had a wonderful time staying at this property over the kids' spring break. The house is spacious, and we enjoyed the lower floor rec room. The fireplace and hot tub were also a huge plus. The beds were comfortable. Don't expect the house to be perfectly clean. It was good enough where it needed to be (linens, tubs, toilets). We would definitely visit again."

"Happy it was only for 1 night. While the property is beautiful it has some serious AC/Heat issues. The upstairs was miserable and the downstairs cold regardless of how we adjusted the thermostat. The dead mouse at the front door was interesting and not sure how whomever cleaned prior to us didn’t see it. The light outside is on a sensor and went off all night. There are blackout curtains in the room which help. Overall nice for one night but not sure we would have been ok more than that."

"My best friend and I try to have a couple of weekends a year to catch up and enjoy each other’s company. The little elves Cottage was a perfect place for us to not only enjoy the town of Sparta, but also have a comfortable and cozy visit with each other. The cottage has a wonderful deck with fairy lights, a great view of the beautiful sky, and cozy beds with privacy. We happened to be in Sparta during a full hunters moon, and it was spectacular. We will definitely go back to that place again. It...
