"This Hotel was booked for the convenience of resting up after a long flight and freshening up prior to the long flight home. I was impressed by the Staff and the nice quiet rooms. The old issue of noisy Guests in the corridors has been resolved by signage reminding People that other Guests may be sleeping. Breakfast was very nice and the Reception Staff did remind us upon check-in not to leave the Airport building without a supplied pass to re-enter as Security is very strict."

"The Hyatt is a big soulless hotel with no real identity (as with many big chain hotels that beige and brown inside and out - no lively colourful art or colors other than neutral beige) but it is clean, has good facilities and it is relatively quiet for Ahmedabad. "

"Rooms were terrible and very badly maintained. TV did not work properly, shower head was rusted and sent water in all directions, room not cleaned properly, toilet not cleaned properly and it was smelling of piss, lights and ac remote was 3 decades old. Food was ok but not up to a 5 star mark. Staff were ok and not service oriented. I would not stay at this property and would look elsewhere. "
