Staff was good. Room was not as clean as it should have been. Floors were filthy and surfaces had multiple sticky spots. They did make sure to have those issues taken care of. The server in the restaurant, Lexi, was excellent. She was kind, helpful, and provided fast service.

Room was dirty. Mini fridge didn’t work. Bathroom was dirty. Elevator was out of order. Air wasn’t working well. Front desk was very helpful.

Stylish & Luxurious 3 BDR Home with Play Station
Nice home away from home.Kitchen was nice and the house was perfect to be able to real. As two couples when we weren’t out and about in Bristol.

We loved this little cottage. Our host, Mariana, had stocked the cottage with lots of amenities.
