Your cute and cozy rental features a spacious layout with a spectacular sunroom that leads to a fenced yard that is perfect for evening cookouts. Walk to local favorite restaurants and attractions on Main Street, which is less than a half-mile away.

Lounge on the comfy sofa and watch shows on the smart TV in the living room. The adjacent sunroom provides more space for your group to unwind. This spacious living area is furnished with a smart TV and plenty of seating. Create your favorite meals in the kitchen, equipped with a full suite of all-white appliances. Central air conditioning will keep everyone cool and comfortable. When it’s time to eat, gather at the four-seat dining table. Play yard games in the fenced backyard while supper sizzles on the gas grill. Gather around the fire pit and toast marshmallows when the stars come out. Please note that a long-term tenant lives in the house located beside this rental. The property is separated by an open breezeway.
The fireplaces are not operational.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Harwich Port beach house

We loved everything about this house - the location, accommodations, cleanliness. The short walk to Earle’s Beach was easy and the beach is a little jewel - never crowded, nice sand, beautiful water. This is an excellent location for a family, or a couple who want to have a relaxing stay on the Cape. Close enough to downtown to make easy trips, and not far from places like Chatham Light if you want to take a short drive. And one final plus - it’s equidistant from both of the Sundae School locations!

The property/house was okay, but the house and furniture isn’t in great condition. I wouldn’t stay there again, and certainly not for the price. The property management company was very difficult to communicate with prior to our stay. I had to shorten our stay, and it was impossible to obtain a clear and transparent breakdown of the overall cost of the booking, despite multiple requests via telephone, email, and chat. I still don’t have a clear understanding of the pricing of either the original booking or modified one, but after the last response I received from the company, and as a busy working mom, I simply couldn’t continue to spend time requesting the same information over and over again.

Great location near the beach

The location is fantastic! We loved walking to the beach every day. The bonus room is also very nice. This rental also has a washer dryer which was wonderful. We had trouble checking in, there were lots of ants, and when we would set the air conditioning (to about 68) it would somehow constantly be changing back to 75 and we were there during a heat wave. It’s clear in the listing but please be aware this is a duplex.

Off Season Vacation

The check in process was just punch in the lock code and walk in. The property was clean and they really had everything there for our week long stay. It was noticeably well organized. I had no communications with the property manager because everything was there, just as presented. There is a second residence on the property but I did not have any privacy issues. It is a very nice house, we brought our dog. I would be happy to stay there again.

Can’t wait to come back!

We rented the cottage for a long weekend because our daughter was playing in a soccer tournament in Harwich. We fell in love. From the cleanliness, coziness, fenced in yard (dog & kid heaven) to the location- it was the most relaxing 3 days (& that’s with 4 soccer games in the mix!). We’ve already rented it for a week in July - we loved it that much. Thank you so much for sharing your property with our family!

Walk to beach, walk to town

Excellent location - just a short walk to beach. Very small bedrooms and small kitchen. Good fenced in yard for pet and child. Too many fees made this rental too costly / overpriced. Renter pays large fees that assist the owner, not the renter

Photos don’t do this property justice. It is well maintained and large sunroom provides more room than expected. Great location for walking to beach or longer walks into town.

Wonderful relaxing Cape Vacation!!!!!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our time here at Rubina’s Refuge!!! We had a great time, so great that we were able to bring our pups too! They thought of absolutely everything & we loved the outdoor shower.....everyone did! Walk to the beach & all the stuff you need to have a blast. We were excited that the yard said “fenced in yard” in the description but it was only fenced in two sides but we went to store & got two leads & attached them to the trees so that the pups could run around & it was great. Thanks & we will definitely be back next year!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had good time there. Cleannines could be better, there was spiderweb on skylights and family room. House was not ready at check in time, we had to wait in patio area while cleaning was getting done and when was done house smelled like bleach or chlorine. 2 queen Beds were to small. I would not call them queen beds. Would have been a good house if listed or 4 to 5 people sleep. Location was the best , few minutes walk to beach. I would recommend this property to a friend if they are 4 people traveling for vacation.
