"Room was clean and quiet. Parking was easy. Front desk staff was friendly and informative. Loved the private beach access on the property. Breakfast was amazing—just keep in mind that breakfast is only served from 8-10 am, so if you have early scheduled tours, you will have to find breakfast elsewhere. We were only able to enjoy breakfast our last day due to scheduling. Overall—recommend! Would definitely stay at this location again!"

"We enjoyed our short stay in this great old house that is walking distance to the beach. It is an old house so the ceilings are a little low and some of the doors stick but it is furnished and decorated nicely. It was everything we were looking for in a Cape cottage. "

"Had a wonderful stay at the fleetwing guest house. Beautiful restoration of an 1800' s stable house, still has original flooring. Very clean, nice beds, big upstairs room for families. Easy bike ride to beach or downtown shops and restaurants, and had a nice night sitting by the fire pit in a private back yard. Property owner was very prompt and helpful with any questions, will definitely be back!"

"Everything was dirty. The room was dirty. The bathroom was dirty. The pool was dirty. The hot tub was dirty. Even the golf course was covered with debris so that you couldn’t play. It was completely rundown. I would never stay there again."
