There is an overall smell of mildew/mold throughout the place, and most of the surfaces need a good cleaning. In the bathroom the shower tap is rigged so that you cannot increase the temperature past a moderate level, and the shower door is falling off the frame. I also came across many spiders. "

The property itself could do with a good clean and perhaps refurbished, such as wash the carpet and replace some the damaged flooring, repair the lift, apart from that, for what we paid for the room, it was not bad at all. I would stay at this place again if I come down to Brighton."

"We had a really good stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, with a lovely fluffy towels and plenty of hot water in the shower. Everything we needed for a relaxing stay was there. A big bonus for us was the 24-hour bar and the breakfast buffet starting from 4:00 am, which was perfect as we had an early flight. It made the whole experience very convenient. Overall, a comfortable stay with great facilities, especially for early travellers. We would happily stay again."
