"We have stayed at many C’mon Inns in the past and never had such a disappointing experience as this. #1 issue being the lack of cleanliness! This hotel was incredibly dirty & not properly kept up. From the hair and dirt on the floor and in the shower to the door to the courtyard that doesn’t shut unless we push with all our might to close it. It was just gross. The hotel needs major upgrades. See photos attached. The staff Friday night May 22nd that checked us in were great but the man who checked us out Saturday morning May 23 barely said a word to me. I was very shocked by the lack of service. Normally I’m not one to complain but we were very disappointed especially because we paid $270 CAD. Would appreciate some sort of rebate."

"The restaurant menu shown everywhere was not available. A very limited, frankly lousy, subset was available. That was not good, we had plans and made selections for food. Then called room service- no answer. Tried three times without success. Went down to order in person only to find out what little was available. This needs to be corrected."

"Unfortunately our room included bloody sheets from the previous guest. Obviously housekeeping did not change any bed sheet linens and after we made the issue known it appears they only changed the one sheet and none of the others in either bed. Disgusting! No check up by management to see if everything was taken care of."

"The room was large and could be nice. The pillows were cheap foam pillows and not too nice, but other than that the room was fine. There was a bit of traffic noise. The breakfast was not very good. We went down shortly before 9 and there was very little scrambled eggs and they were dried out. There was one piece of ham and it looked like it was sitting there for a while. There were very few muffins and nothing that we wanted. They really should keep everything refreshed until the end of breakfast. Overall it was OK, but just not as nice as most La Quitas."

"Not a good experience. Our room was very musty smelling, the bathroom was dirty, check in was not a pleasant experience due to another guest with an issue arguing with the manager and there were 2 stabbings that night at the property! I guess there is a reason why it was one of the most reasonably priced hotels in Fargo. You get what you pay for! And it was still overpriced for what we paid. Very disappointing."

"We loved our suite. Everything was perfect accept the temp of shower in the bathroom with the tub. It didn’t get hot enough because the handle wasn’t set correctly. Easy fix and glad we had another shower option. Next time we will try breakfast and happy hour when we have time as they both looked worth checking out! Nice location with easy walk to bars and restaurants as well."
