"To start, the host was accommodating with our request for an early check-in. It was Thanksgiving day and we had driven from 3 different states with all of our holiday fixings, so we were happy Alesia was kind with her offer to check-in at 2:00. We got there early, 1:30, and there was a car in the driveway, so we sat patiently till our 2 o’clock check in time. I hadn’t gotten a check-in code from host, so we knocked on the door, and the lovely woman who was cleaning was surprised as she had not been informed of an early arrival. And let us know the earlier group had checked out late. She was so kind and apologetic, (not her fault of course) and asked if we could please just give her another hour, and amazingly, she whipped it into tiptop clean in 45 minutes. We understand “life happens”, but it would’ve been good to know in advance as we had our entire Thanksgiving meal for 9 in the car. After "
