"It was a beautiful property, absolutely loved the view. There was just a couple issues, the hot tub was incredibly dirty. There was a ton of algae all around it so when we went to get in, it was floating all over the place and we all ended up rinsing off afterwards. One of the biggest reasons we booked this place was because of the hot tub. The rooms upstairs got really hot, even though it was snowing outside, we tried to turn the air conditioners on, and none of them worked. We use the remote we use the buttons on the unit and the air vents kept opening and closing repeatedly, but nothing would come out. The rest of the house is pretty clean except for the windows. For some reason they were incredibly dirty and it looked like someone kind of clean them, but not really. Other than that the property was beautiful and the view was spectacular."

"This was a great place to stay for a weekend with my family, my brother’s family, and our parents! Lots of space for everyone to have their own beds, the kids to play hide and seek, and multiple areas if we needed to spread out. We loved the open floor plan with the kitchen, dining, and living rooms. The basement game room was fantastic! It’s close to a lot of fun things to do, but it also a great house to stay and relax while enjoying family time. The only thing missing for a summer time visit is a pool :) we got a snow storm so we didn’t get to enjoy the peaceful looking fire pit or outdoor water feature, but the hot tub was wonderful.The check in process was seamless and the staff at Avent Stay were available to quickly answer any questions. The only thing that would have made it a little easier would be a booklet with WiFi info, check out info, and important things to know about the property. (Paper would be nice because my cell service was spotty so locating things online was difficult until I connected to the WiFi) Overall, it was a fabulous stay and I will be keeping it on my list when we want to make another trip to the Poconos. I’ll also be looking for Avent Stay properties for other travel destinations in the future. "

"The mattresses are incredibly comfortable. We all slept well. I loved the ceiling fan in second floor bedroom. It kept us cool while sleeping. The hot tub was very relaxing. We enjoyed the grill. "
