"Worst hotel I've been in Idaho. Bad beds, baths awful. I don't recommend this hotel."

"I was called a couple nights before checking in. I was told you to overbooking if I wanted to change my room that I came with two beds into two rooms with one bed each I thought they were upgrading me, but she was nice but instead they separated my daughter and me. I originally had a two bedroom unit which I was not aware of but still if I pay for it, I should’ve been able to use it and not be separated from my adult daughter. Great water pressure to take a shower. Delicious hot cocoa available for the guests. A huge hazle to log into the Internet. Fortunate they do not have a pool spa. Overall, it was nice.."

"Staff were beyond friendly and accommodating, we brought our Pug and they had set up dog bowls, cozy bed, snax and a toy! We truly enjoyed the valet parking, SO easy, Always fast and the staff rocked it!! The Rooftop Bar, was packed, yet we were able to find a table and chairs and even invite our friends. Great experience! We look forward to coming back! "
