Bright and cheerful two bedroom home with central air! Located in popular West Dennis, this home sits in a quiet neighborhood, only a short drive to West Dennis Beach. This home features two spacious bedrooms with a full bathroom attached to the master bedroom. You will enjoy the nicely landscaped yard with private patio for all your outdoor dining. Full size sleeper sofa in den for extra sleeping. Amenities include central air, Wi-Fi, enclosed outdoor shower, gas grill, and dishwasher.

Area attractions and restaurants include the new and improved Cuffy's, Holly's Deli, Dunkin', Kreme and Kone, Ardeo, Moonfish, Good Friends Cafe, and the delicious "must try" Captain Baker Donut Shop!

Great location! Comfortable rental

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A great location, close to all our favorite places on the Cape. Convenient to Rte 6 and 6A.Downside to the whole place was the queen bed was so high of the floor that my wife used their step stool to get into bed. Difficulty figuring out the TV , printed directions would have been helpful.That said we had a great time but would not rent this location again because of the overly high bed. Thank you

Conveniently located to beaches (drive), restaurants, Rail Trail, boat rentals. Quiet neighborhood. Enclosed backyard would be good for families with young children. Beds are not super comfortable, but the living room furniture is new and comfortable.

Centrally located and easy to get to all your favorite places. The teenagers LOVED the outdoor shower. A lovely shady backyard where you can relax or enjoy your dinner grilled on the provided grill. This is a great rental for anyone who enjoys the quiet beauty after a busy day. Very comfortable and clean. Would definitely love to come back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a very cute and comfy house with central air. The beds could use an upgrade. Also, if you plan on doing laundry, understand that the washer/dryer are in the basement with the only access is outside and down some steep steps. The kitchen is fine but lacks most kitchen utensils such as cutting knives. However, the location is great and the area is wonderful.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was fantastic! Great neighborhood. Near West Dennis beach and village beach. Perfect for walking and riding bikes. I did not like the washer and dryer in the bulkhead. It was very humid. No place clean to fold the clothes. The overall house was nice the only thing was the dampness. Had to ask for a dehumidifier. The floors were filthy so I had to wash them.
