Living room has cable TV, and WiFi throughout the home. Nice shaded yard to spend your summer afternoons- with two flagstone patios, gas grill, and hammock. Less than a mile to South Village beach.

Area attractions and restaurants include the new and improved Cuffy's, Holly's Deli, Dunkin', Kreme and Kone, Ardeo, Moonfish, Good Friends Cafe, and the delicious "must try" Captain Baker Donut Shop!

Wonderful Week!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were spending a week with family. This location was close to theirs and allowed us to have a get-together with them. The kitchen was well-stocked. It was very clean and "homey"! We had a wonderful time!

Great Location Close to Beaches and Dinning

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A spacious house with a conveniant location to South Village Beach and West Dennis Beach and close to area Dinning. House could use some updating and definately needs to have atleast window AC's added. All bedding in all four bedrooms need replacing all old and very uncomfortable.
