"We arrived at the resort on June 16th with our 3 children. The resort was clean and the beach was was very beautiful. Our room was very large, clean, and had a great view of the ocean. I highly recommend this resort. The snorkeling was phenomenal. The only downside was the restaurant staff. Some of the staff seemed angry to be there which ruined the mood of the resort. Also, there were too many flies at the restraunt, which also ruined the mood. Food and taxis are expensive throughout the island so do not be surprised. The fish fry on Thursday was great! Great food and drinks. We still had a great family vacation and would definitely stay at the Windsong again."

"Fantastic Place to relax. Not crowded.. spacious and well maintained property. We are glad we went here. Only downside is Turks and Caicos is an expensive island but West Bay Cliv hands a great place to stay."

"High end service. Amazing room. Too notch across the board. The beach is not Grace Bay but amazing. It is windy but that keeps it cool. "

"The hotel was top tier and every staff member we encountered were professional and very helpful. The only thing I found disheartening was the staff sitting in the heat of the lobby with all the doors open. Why aren’t they able to sit in an air conditioned setting like their guest?"

"The staff were very friendly and extremely attentive to the guests, Took the time to know all of us by name - Shout out to Ron and Ty! Amazing breakfast and dinner! Service was stunningly amazing. Small private beach but plenty of room for the hotel guests and the pool waa also excellent. Definitely on my list to return "
