"Staff was inattentive the whole trip. They had zero accommodations. I couldn’t even get an extra pillow. They had bugs and no one ever answers the phone from outside the motel. "

"Pros: Staff was very helpful. Rooms were large. Cons: No weekend breakfast buffet even tho advertised. Housekeeping failed to make up beds although they cleaned the bathroom. Close to interstate very loud -ask for a room not facing the interstate. "

Long distance so that is why I asked to be by the elevator. The room they changed us to, was down by the middle of the hall. Very disappointed with the hotel. "
