Additionally, the location couldn't be better; just a 5-minute walk from the beach allowed for spontaneous seaside strolls. "We enjoyed our stay and the place was perfect for just me and my wife. The property managers are right across the street and super nice! We enjoyed the privacy along seven mile beach and felt like we had the place to ourselves. We also enjoyed having Heritage grill right down the street which made it a great lunch spot on beach days."

"We stayed 4 nights here at Kimpton Seafire and it was even an understatement to say it was phenomenal. The facility itself almost looks newly built because it is well maintained. Staff are all kind and attentive. The garden around the pool is full of shrubs, flowers, and coconut trees all of which are well maintained and pruned. I saw gardeners everyday. There are 3 restaurants, Ave, Avecita, and cocoloba. We did not try cocoloba because there was no indoor tables. Ave and Avecita are in the same section but menus are different. I liked omelettes that Marion, their chef, cooks in front of you in the morning. They offer all kinds of marine sport including paddle boat, kayak, sailboat, jet ski, snorkeling, and scuba diving. My wife and I had never done jet ski and sailboat but the staff were very good at teaching how to for beginners. I’ll definitely go back."
