Peaceful, non smoking home with heated in-ground pool. Clean, uncluttered and dog friendly. (No cats please due to allergies)
2025 Availability: August 23-30. $1000 discount if you book the week! (3 day minimum no discount.) Also Available Sept 6-30 flexible.
Pool is open May through September 30. (perhaps longer weather permitting)
This house has excellent Wi-Fi and internet allowing for multiple (consecutive) zoom calls etc. There are plenty of separate areas for everyone's privacy.
Enjoy the Cape Cod lifestyle in this spacious and bright 2800 sf colonial. Find all the comforts of home in this 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom house that sleeps 8 in beds. Crib available upon request but crib bedding not included.
Keep the kids entertained with the huge great room with ping pong, family games and puzzles.
The main level with 9 ft ceilings and open floor plan, includes well stocked newly remodeled kitchen, large table for dining (seats 8) and comfortable living area. Sip you coffee or tea at the large kitchen peninsula with seating for 4. The over sized great room has cathedral ceiling and skylights with room enough for your ping pong tournament. Bedroom #1 with a full bed is off the kitchen.

The upper level features a large very bright and cheery primary bedroom suite with cathedral ceiling, 2 skylights, a huge walk through closet and full bath with Jacuzzi tub. This bedroom is bright in the morning! Two additional bedrooms, each with queen beds and plenty of closet space share the second full bath. They can remain dark in the morning for guests that like to sleep in later.
After a day at the beach, enjoy a lovely outdoor shower or relax by the pool while grilling out on the deck. The large in-ground pool is beautifully maintained at a comfortable temperature. It remains open June through September and possibly longer weather permitting. No Dogs in the pool or pool area. The shed is well stocked with beach chairs, umbrella, coolers and pool toys. Kitchen and Bathrooms are stocked with paper goods to get you started. (A clean sponge, soap, a roll of paper towels and Trash Bags in the kitchen and 2 rolls TP in each bath to get you started)

The garage is vacant but not included in short term reservations.
It can be included with long term reservations in the winter.
The basement is also vacant but not included in the rental.

Family Getaway

Perfect family vacation

We were so happy with our stay! The house is gorgeous and has absolutely everything we needed. Nelly (owner) was so attentive and checked with us on the hurricane making sure that we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We loved the private setting and swimming pool. Beautiful neighbourhood: well-located but away from the crowds that can feel overwhelming in Cape Cod. Great vacation house

We enjoyed our stay at this property very much. The house is spacious, clean and comfortable. The property is beautiful, and we loved the pool. One thing that was not an issue for us but might be for others is that the primary bedroom has a skylight and no window shades, so it gets bright in there as soon as the sun comes up. The house is well located, an easy drive to several beaches and fun places to explore, as well as several grocery stores/shopping areas.

This home is beautiful and Nelly the Host, was more than accommodating. The home was very clean and nicely furniture and in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Beautiful haven in West Barnstable

I have rented many dozen houses over the years but i must say Nelly is the most attentive, available, helpful host i have ever met! She was always one step ahead of whatever we needed and a true pleasure to deal with and get to know. The house itself was a large, welcoming place with beautiful spaces inside and out. The yard has a fenced in area for dogs,a lovely lawn, amazing heated pool, and magnificent old growth trees.In short,it was a magical experience.

Summer family vacation

My husband and I rented Nelly's house for a week's vacation with our 2 sons, nephew and their girlfriends, all in their 20s. The house was beautiful, comfortable and easily accommodated all 8 of us, plus 2 dogs. We enjoyed several ping pong tournaments, as well as the pool. It was a good home base for trips to various Cape Cod beaches. Nelly was helpful and responsive when we had questions or needed assistance. We all had a great week. Thanks, Nelly!

Family vacation

The house has everything you need. The kids loved playing with the toys and games in the family room. The piano was a nice touch. The outside shed had beach toys and fun pool floats which was exciting. The neighborhood is lovely for morning walks. We got to check in a few hours early, which was much appreciated. Like most houses, there were a few things that could be improved upon. The bed in the green room had a very loud squeaky bed. Every time I moved slightly, it would squeak and the baby would wake up. The outside shower did not have hot water which was disappointing. There were ant traps (or other bug traps) that my dog kept somehow finding around the property and he unfortunately got sick. A few dead bugs in the bathtub upon arrival. Overall a beautiful house that my family enjoyed.

Relaxing Cape Cod Vacation

We had a wonderful and relaxing week in Cape Cod! The house was spotless and Nelly could not have been nicer. The pool was warm and clean and we really enjoyed spending the afternoons outside. We had an awesome stay! The house was so clean and big. We really enjoyed the ping pong table as the weather wasn't the best when we were there. Nelly was always quick to respond to any questions and very easy to work with. It was a nice quiet neighborhood that wasn't in the middle of all the tourist spots but close enough to all the beaches, stores, etc. It was nice to have big beds in all the roooms too! Would definitely stay there again if we go back to the Cape!

Great Family Time in Barnstable

Once again we had a wonderful time in Nelly’s Cape Cod home. The house was spotless, the pool was wonderful and Nellys communication couldn’t have been better! We were greeted with fresh, homemade bread made by Nelly. The property was so quiet and private and the neighborhood is lovely. The kids played in the heated pool all day and then it was so nice to be able to relax on the deck and have dinner. I would recommend this property to anyone staying on the cape.

Best Vacation Rental Ever!

We spent one week at this lovely rental. It had a fully stocked kitchen, and the ping pong table was a huge hit. We used the large dining table for a huge puzzle to work on when we weren't in the pool. We were ALWAYS in the pool. It is so great to be provided with towels and linens. Nelly was an absolute pleasure as the owner, and left us with her specialty sourdough!

Perfect Family Vacation

Our family had a wonderful time at this beautiful, clean and comfortable home and our dog loved the big backyard! We were welcomed with a loaf of homemade freshly baked sourdough bread that was absolutely delicious! Nelly was a fantastic hostess and made sure that the crib was set up for the baby and she returned messages quickly. We highly recommend this home to any family looking for a clean spacious property.
