"We booked a room with a king bed and sofa bed for myself, my husband and 16 year old daughter. First there was no sheets or pillows for the sofa bed. Had to go down and get some. Then when we pulled out the sofa bed, it already had a used sheet on it that was filled with popcorn. Next, we discovered the shadow of what looked like a dead rodent in th roof of the elevator. We only had two towels. Then to top it off, everytime we left our room, we could not get back in. We'd have to go all the way back to the front desk to get out key fixed. Litterally everytime we left. We ended up checking out on Saturday instead of Sunday. Was a misserable time."

"The rooms were clean and hallway was quiet. We didn’t’get to use the pool or hot tub due to them closing at 10pm but they looked nice. "

"The hotel was hot and muggy, the entire hotel not just the room. The fitted bed sheet had what looked like dried blood and urine on it. We ended up leaving the hotel within five minutes of arriving because of how disgusting and poorly maintained everything was. I don’t recommend anyone staying here. "

"It was great to have a full kitchen with all of the necessary cooking utensils. We enjoyed the fireplace and having control of the thermostat. Our unit seemed to have some water damage on ceilings but everything was in working order. We had another great stay."

"Had to switch rooms because the HVAC did not work. Alarm clock hard to see the digits. No facial tissues, which is rare for a hotel. Bathroom light comes on when you walk in the door, which is bad in the middle of the night. Staff quite helpful."

"The staff was wonderful but the rooms are outdated there was rust everywhere. The water was so cold u could only be in it for an hour. It was definitely much smaller then expected and the rooms dont come with the water park access u have to buy thise separately. The food was all microwave food except the pizza. Overall disappointing "
