"We have stayed at this property several times now and have always had a great experience. The staff has been consistently welcoming and always willing to help. On this sta we had a minor issue with the Roku cable freezing up a few times but returned to normal after being reset. Once by the engineer and we handled ourselves the second time. One word of caution on the parking. If you use Sopthero for the 720 N. Jefferson outdoor parking directly across the street from the hotel entrance on Jefferson it is the smaller lot roped off by chains with about 15 spots not the larger lot next to it. I had 3 -$90 parking tickets when I went out to my car. I was able to contact the company to have them removed since they also owned the lot next door and could see that I paid. "

"The Staff was absolutely awesome! Everyone we encountered was so helpful and friendly. We stayed 5 nights and from check in to check out we had the best time. Security, housekeeping, servers, bartenders, Marketplace workers, front desk, Cream City Coffee, Sportsbook cashiers were all great and made you feel welcome. Our room on the 19th floor was awesome with the floor to ceiling windows. The hotel is very clean. The Sportsbook for the March Madness Tourney was organized and ran so well, kudos to ALL the employees who worked that, they did amazing."

I initially missed that in the listing and was briefly confused, but it wasn’t an issue once I figured it out.The location couldn’t be better—close enough to downtown for an easy, inexpensive Lyft ride, yet tucked away in an area that feels very safe and relaxed.For locals especially, this is the perfect staycation spot. Great vibes, great experience—I’d absolutely stay here again."

"I didnt realize that the hot tub was not available in winter months. The listing notes that the ambient temp needs to be 45 but honestly, just say its only available may- september. The house is old, charming, tidy and comfortable with plenty of room to cook in the kitchen. The beds we slept in were very cozy. Hot water takes a while to make it to the bathroom but you're on vacation- whats the rush. This is out of their control but there is massive road construction all around the home (3/2026). Its close to the city and there is a wonderful coffee shop 5 minutes away. The host was super responsive, left snacks for us and water in the fridge- such a nice thing to find in a new place. Thank you! "

"Hall carpet had holes in it, I’ve had better breakfasts at other Hampton I have stayed at, bed extremely hard and pillows extremely flat. Just not like my stays at other locations. "
