For those who want to relax in a spacious 2-bedroom apartment of 110 m² area, centrally located, just 1,5 km far away from the beach. If you want to combine a comfortable stay with the benefits of living downtown, we have the ideal accommodation for you! ENJOY YOUR HOLIDAYS WITH THE COMFORTS OF YOUR OWN HOUSE AND HAVE THE SEA AND THE BEACHES CLOSE TO YOU !

The most popular beaches of the area are in a distance of 2 to 20 minutes by car and have been awarded with ‘Blue Flag’ such as Kalogria, Lakkopetra. Also, the magnificent "Gianniskari Beach" is close to the accommodation, where you can enjoy the nature and the amazing sunset. A WHOLE HOUSE at your disposal. The beach at 1,5 km from the house.

Everything is next to you like supermarkets, bakeries, cafeterias, restaurants, gas stations, banks, kiosk, pharmacy, shops, health center, police station. All within walking distance.

The bus station is only 2 minutes stroll away and in 30 minutes the bus takes you to Patras. The Araxos Airport is 20 minutes away by car, the port of Patras (the third-largest city in Greece) is 25 minutes away and the port of Kyllini (for the islands Zakynthos and Kefalonia) is 45 minutes away.

For your quick and immediate transfer, there are TAXI near the accommodation.

There is no parking problem in the neighborhood. Parking is easy on the street next to the house and is free of charge.

Herbsturlaub

Da wir im Herbst (7 Wochen lang) da waren, war uns die Stadtnähe angenehm, soll heißen: es war nicht so wichtig in Strandnähe zu wohnen. Das Appartement ist sehr geräumig, die Räume sind gut angelegt und 4 große Balkontüren erlauben stets einen direkten Zugang nach draußen. Wir genossen ein sehr angenehmes Klima. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber funktioniert seht gut und prompt.
