With no advance warning, we were told our rooms had water damage, so we were moved to another hotel SoltauerHof which was cold, pretty empty and our rooms had work n and scaffolding outside General disrepair and facilities closed Few staff No offer of discount

This place is a disgrace. There was a bed missing, there was no heating at all and no staff to fix the problems. Messages and calls to them were ignored before, during and after the stay. This hotel should not be on this platform.

In der Unterkunft hat es an nicht gefehlt. Die Lage der Ferienwohnung in der Lüneburger Heide ist fantastisch. Zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten nur ca. 15 Minuten. Die Gastgeber haben uns Tipps für Wanderungen und Restaurants gegeben. Sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft!

Sehr schönes Haus mit eigenem Garten und vielen Bäume. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt, die Kinder hatten auch Spaß bei dem Hühnerstall.Das Haus und die Umgebung sind ruhig und gemütlich, die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank!
