Our upscale basement apartment with open kitchen, large living area, separate bedroom and chic bathroom.
The bright living room with open plan kitchen is stylishly furnished and offers comfortable seating. With the large Smart TV, you receive all popular satellite TV channels in HD quality.
The separate bedroom offers 3 sleeping possibilities. A large box spring bed and a single bed. Another bed can be built in the living room.
The bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower and a washer / dryer.
Ironing board / iron, clothes horse & vacuum cleaner can be found in the small storage room.

Wir hatten das Glück, in den 14 Tagen zwei Wohnungen kennen zu lernen und haben uns in beiden sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Es fehlt ihnen an nichts. Man kommt rein und fühlt sich gleich wie zu Hause. Obwohl sich die Wohnung "Basic" unten im Souterrain befindet, ist sie schön hell und gemütlich. Die Vermieter heißen einen herzlich willkommen, sind sehr nett und jeder Zeit erreichbar. Die Wohnung liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe der Altstadt. Von ihr aus kann man auch zu Fuß alles super erreichen (Supermarkt, Miniaturpark usw.). Unser Fazit, wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und die Wohnungen unbedingt weiterempfehlen. Geburtstagstrip in den schönen Harz

Als wir nach einer längeren Anfahrt in Wernigerode an der Ferienwohnung ankamen, wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Unterkunft ist überraschend modern, offen, großzügig und sehr geschmackvoll mit vielen filigranen Details gestaltet. Auch die Ausstattung der offenen Küche ließ nicht zu Wünschen übrig. Die Lage ist optimal zum Zentrum in einer ruhigen Umgebung - man kann Alles zu Fuß gut erreichen. Sogar zu meinem Ehrentag stand eine liebevolle Überraschung vor unserer Tür.... Wir können diese sehr saubere, gepflegte Ferienwohnung mit sehr netten Inhabern mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen und würden uns bei einem erneuten Aufenthalt im Ostharz wieder dort einmieten. Schöne Wohnung und verbesserungswürdige Betreuung

Die Wohnung war in Ordnung und sauber. Die Wohnung hat eine sehr gute Lage. Infomaterial über mögliche Ausflüge / Gastronomie usw. vor Ort wäre schön. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war nicht ganz optimal. Leider hat es mit dem WiFi Zugriff in den 3 Tagen nicht funktioniert.

Kurzurlaub

Wir waren leider viel zu kurz in dieser tollen Ferienwohnung und werden auf jeden Fall wieder buchen. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, gepflegt, die Einrichtung sehr geschmackvoll. Es ist alles da, was man braucht um sich zu erholen. Wenn es wärmer ist, kann man den riesigen Garten nutzen. Der Vermieter ist stets um uns bemüht gewesen, danke nochmals und bis bald!

Perfekte Luxuswohnung in idealer Lage

Neue Luxusunterkunft, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und als Ferienwohnung komplett ausgestattet. Als Hotel wäre ein Fünfsterneniveau erreicht. Eine Minute von der Innenstadt entfernt, ruhig und ideale Startbasis für Wanderer oder Harzreisende. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Die Vermieter wohnen im Haus und sind ständig erreichbar, halten sich aber im Hintergrund, wenn man seine Ruhe will.
