Room was just okay and we paid for upgrade. The bathroom door had kid handprints on them when we arrived and was never cleaned even after I addressed it. One day I even had to call at 5 pm because my room wasn’t serviced. There is a keurig coffee pot in room but no k cups, front desk said you have to purchase them or bring your own. In my opinion that is crazy that coffee cannot be provided.

Very clean room and friendly staff. A little further away from The Strip than I thought but with a rental car you can make your way around easily. Schedule did not allow me to use any of the facilities or walk around the property but what I did see looked lovely. I think this would be a great property if you were traveling with a large group. Did not like the open shower concept - never have. I have stayed at several properties with this open shower concept and while they are beautiful, they fail to keep the heat in the shower area. This specific shower wall was so small that it was a mess after the shower - water everywhere! Despite that, I would stay here again. (And yes, the beds are hard as a rock. Just need to be worn in a little.) Also, some extra blankets and pillows would be nice.
