"Overall a nice property that was presented as clean and welcoming with a nice touch of coffee pods and a bottle of wine on arrival. Although the bedding was unlike that we have used previously we did get a good nights sleep for the 9 days stay that we booked. "Lovely hotel with absolutely amazing staff! We stayed for three nights and then returned for an additional night before our flight home, which really says how much we enjoyed our stay. The hotel was lovely, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and we also used the spa, which was wonderful. Our only little niggle was on our final night, when there appeared to be some sort of rodent in the roof. Unfortunately, the noise kept us awake for quite a bit of the night, so we didn’t sleep particularly well. The staff did offer to move us to another room, which we really appreciated, but as it was already around midnight and we had to be up at 4am for our flight, unfortunately moving rooms at that point wasn't really practical. I'm sure this is something the hotel will address quickly, and it certainly didn't detract from what was otherwise a wonderful stay. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend the hotel."

"Our room was spacious and quiet in a wing off of the garden. Tea and coffee were available throughout the day in the dining area. There's a couple of cozy chairs and a desk, and mini fridge. We chose to purchase the breakfast buffet and it included a variety of hot and cold choices. The bathroom was also spacious with cabinet space, good water pressure and temperature. There was plenty of closet space, and windows opened over the garden area. The hotel is located on a sloped street with public transport at either side. Walking distance to the river and a number of sights. A wonderful stay!"
