This charming holiday apartment is just a short 300-meter walk from the main beach. The municipal park begins right behind the house.

The apartment has been furnished with great care, offering you the chance to truly relax and feel at home. On the ground floor, you’ll find the kitchen, a bedroom, and a spacious living room that opens directly onto a terrace. In the basement, there is another bedroom and a spacious bathroom with a shower and double sink. All rooms feel bright and welcoming, as each one has a window.

A spacious living room decorated in light colours awaits you. It features a comfortable sofa set, a flat-screen TV, a radio, Wi-Fi, and a dining area.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, filter coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. Microwave.

Bedroom 1
A bedroom in the basement with 1 large double bed and a large wardrobe.

Bedroom 2
A bedroom on the ground floor with a French bed and a closet.
The beds are made for you.

Bathroom
Bathroom with shower, toilet, and sink. Plenty of towels and bath mats.

Outdoor area

Furnished terrace with a beach chair, as well as a private parking space for a car and bike storage.

One laundry package per person, including 2 bath towels, 2 hand towels, a bath mat, and a tea towel. Cleaning cloths, dish sponges, and dishwasher tablets are included in the total price.

Dogs allowed; other pets upon request (additional fees apply).

Please note the regulations regarding the separate visitor’s tax charged by the respective municipality on Sylt. This tax is billed separately and is due no later than upon arrival.



Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and check-out is from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
