Since this opulent space is available to only up to six guests, you’ll enjoy the utmost in privacy and space in your Casa. The same applies to the bathrooms (three in total)—each guest “couple” has their own private bathroom at their disposal. In the basement, you’ll even find a sauna with a small relaxation area.

The location of your accommodation is fantastic: you’ll be staying in the heart of Wenningstedt. The tranquil Wenningstedt village pond is just a few steps away, and Feinkost Meyer and fine restaurants are practically right around the corner. Biking and hiking trails towards Kampen or Westerland start right outside your front door, and the beach is also within easy walking distance. So everything is literally within walking distance, and you can safely leave your car in the secure car park.

Enjoy the open air of Sylt on your spacious and sunny south/east-facing property, complete with an XXL terrace and large garden. Upstairs, you’ll even find a patio-like, sheltered balcony (loggia) that floods the space with plenty of light or lets you enjoy a stylish sundowner in the evening.

Floor plan:

A luxury residence located in the heart of Wenningstedt, spanning the ground floor, basement, upper floor, and attic. You’ll enjoy approximately 190 square metres of living space for up to 6 people.

Ground floor: Your entrance is already airy—a large foyer with plenty of space for your jackets and shoes welcomes you. You can wash your hands first in the guest bathroom. The adjoining living area is a feast for the eyes and makes an impression the moment you step inside: spacious. Flooded with light thanks to numerous floor-to-ceiling windows and its south-facing orientation. Furnished with exquisite taste and complemented by enchanting accessories and decorations. Everything feels airy and light—a luxury that captivates with its Italian casual charm.

Your cosy couch area lets you enjoy delightful evenings with a glass of red wine. But tech enthusiasts will also find plenty to enjoy: a huge flat-screen TV with a crystal-clear picture ensures relaxing home-cinema experiences. Wi-Fi, an iPod dock, and a mini hi-fi system go without saying.

The very beautiful dining area is ideal for convivial breakfast gatherings or your candlelit dinner. The open-concept luxury kitchen will make even the most ambitious home cooks’ hearts race. A dishwasher, oven, and a fully stocked kitchen are a given.

Why not have breakfast outside when the weather is nice? Your large terrace is a dream, and the morning sun even casts rays onto your open-air breakfast table. High-quality garden furniture and a beach chair are, of course, also at your disposal (approx. April–October). Your own spacious south/east-facing property lets you enjoy the Sylt sun to the fullest, and your kids can run around and play to their heart’s content.

Upper Floor: On the upper floor, you’ll find a beautifully designed and airy master bedroom with a double bed (approx. 200x200 cm) and a flat-screen TV. The room features elegant oak parquet flooring that’s a pleasure to both the feet and the eyes. The small, sheltered south-facing balcony lets you soak up the first rays of sunshine first thing in the morning.

You’ll also enjoy two comfortable bathrooms at your disposal, each featuring a large shower, sink, and toilet.

Attic: Here, you and your kids will find a cosy space to retreat to, play, read, or just relax. Two single beds (each approx. 80x200cm) can also be pushed together to form a double bed if needed.

Basement: The basement rooms are very bright and tastefully designed, and offer plenty of space. Here you’ll find a very spacious and beautifully designed room with a double bed (approx. 180x200 cm) and a flat-screen TV. The custom-built cabinets, crafted by a skilled carpenter, offer plenty of storage space.

A private sauna area with a relaxation zone lets you unwind and take some time for yourself. Adjacent to it is another beautiful bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet.
