Cosy evenings in your stylish living area are made even more perfect by a gas fireplace that you can control individually via remote, making it ultra-convenient and ingeniously simple. Very well-equipped kitchen. Small entryway with guest bathroom. Very beautiful terrace area with high-quality garden furniture and a beach chair (approx. April–October). A sunny, shaded area and a south-facing garden landscaped with great attention to detail.

Basement:
Very nice wellness area with a large, front-glazed sauna, XXL shower, and bathroom. Two tastefully decorated rooms, each with a double box-spring bed (approx. 1.8 x 2 m) and a flat-screen TV. Small laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.
