The “Austsicht” Marina Wendtorf holiday rental is a stylish accommodation for up to 6 people. With 68 m² of living space and 3 rooms, it offers the ideal setting for relaxing days on the coast. The apartment is located on the ground floor and is accessible by lift. With two bedrooms, a cosy living room, and a separate dining area, it’s easy to enjoy a comfortable holiday together. A modern kitchen that opens onto the living room and a sofa area for relaxing provide additional comfort. The most recent renovations took place in 2022; the complex was built in 2015. The apartment is designated as a smoke-free property and is particularly well-suited for families and romantic getaways. Note: Teenagers and youth groups are not permitted.

Outside, you can enjoy your holiday on the balcony, while floor-to-ceiling windows with privacy screens ensure your privacy. The living area features vinyl flooring, as does the bedroom, and there’s an open fireplace for cosy evenings. Technical amenities include three TVs (44–55 inches, depending on the setup) with satellite connection, as well as a radio and Blu-ray, DVD, and CD players. Wi-Fi is available with speeds of 100 Mbit/s or higher, ensuring everything runs smoothly even when you’re on the go or need to get some work done. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, an electric oven connection, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, and a dishwasher. If you’re a coffee lover, you’ll find a Nespresso espresso machine here. Cooking and doing the dishes are a breeze thanks to the provided kitchen utensils, dishes, and silverware. For everyday use, a vacuum cleaner, sink, hair dryer, and clothes rack are also available.
