"There was one young guy at the front desk who has an attitude. Not friendly. Phone was not working in the room. I have been trying to call for extra blankets. I had to go frontdesk and ask them but i was told it will be delivered soon. I had to call three times with my own phone to follow up. Blankets did not get delivered until my 3rd call which is almost 2 hrs after. "
