This house is bookable from 01/2019 about us and is currently being renovated and refurbished for you. The holiday home "Am Hafen 37?with direct lake access and a 492 m² water plot is set up on 2 levels for 6 + 2 (children) persons and offers a unique view of the small marina in the holiday park. The additional costs for electricity, water and gas are included in this holiday home. 

Between Berlin and the Spreewald, on the largest lake in the Mark Brandenburg, is embedded in a unique natural landscape of the holiday park Scharmützelsee in Wendisch Rietz and Bad Saarow. The spacious facility with its detached holiday homes offers rest and relaxation as well as a variety of sports and leisure facilities for small and large tourists. Even culinary wishes are left unfulfilled. Whether freshly caught fish from the Scharmützelsee or game specialties from the Brandenburg forests, there is something for every taste in the restaurants in and around the holiday park. The team of the holiday park warmly welcomes you to get to know this beautiful spot.

The cost of electricity (0.33 EUR per kWh / underfloor heating and hot water treatment electric) and water (7.00 EUR per cubic meter) or gas connection (0.90 EUR per cubic meter) will be charged according to consumption on departure.
