"No breakfast and the neighboring restaurant did not open until 8 which is not helpful to early hikers. Beautiful area, a bit noisy being on the bottom floor with movement above us. May just be an older building but the walls were thin in my opinion."

"We had a wonderful stay at this property in Southwest Harbor!. The location was perfect, with easy access to local shops and restaurants. The property was exceptionally clean, and the host provided fantastic amenities that made the stay even better. Having convenient parking was also a huge plus. I highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again."

"Rooms were clean. Host was very hospitable. Answered all of our questions in a timely manner. The guest book was very well done. Good parkingKitchen OKAccess to town was close A bit noisy from Rt. 102 traffic, that being said access by car to all of the sites were very good."

"This cottage in the woods was perfect for our family of 4. It was a great base for exploring Acadia National Park and Bar Harbor. The longest we had to travel to see everything we wanted to see was 35 minutes. The loft upstairs offered a lovely view. The home was very clean and had great natural light. The washer and dryer were very convenient and laundry baskets were available in each room. There is a nice grassy area in the back where my teenagers enjoyed playing frisbee while we cooked dinner on the grill. We arrived late into the evening and it was so nice to have the beds all made up and ready for us. We would definitely want to stay here again if we came back to the area."

"Beautiful property close to the center of town. The drive to the park beautiful and , depending where you want to be, some parts are very close. To get to other parts the drive still isn’t bad and you avoid the craziness of Bar Harbor."

"The house was in a perfect location for easy access to Acadia National Park. It had everything we needed to enjoy time with friends and family and create lasting memories. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare everything from a great breakfast to a fun lobster dinner together. The property had an awesome on site washer and drying room that even had puzzles and fun board games to play. Such attention to detail was appreciated."
